Various electric actuators are installed in automobiles. They are realized through unique development and collaborative development by each manufacturer. For example, motors are developed by motor manufacturers, and the ECU that controls the motor is developed by ECU manufacturers. Due to this collaboration, there is no dedicated in-vehicle ECU for that actuator until it is installed in the vehicle. However, a dedicated ECU is necessary during the unique development phase at the actuator manufacturer and the demonstration phase for automobile manufacturers. Nevertheless, it is difficult to request small-scale development from ECU manufacturers, and it is also challenging to frequently request changes to the ECU's tuning. In such cases, SSR manufactures demonstration in-vehicle ECUs.
